What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on the nature of your grievance. It is impossible to come up with a price for our services without knowing what the scope of the problem and the company you are dealing with. Each company, as well as each problem needs to be handled differently and appropriately. Therefore, we will employ different techniques based on your individual situation. You can submit a brief description of the issue you are facing here and we will get back to you with a quote.

Will the company know that The Garlic Letter is involved?

No. We address all letters as if they are coming directly from you.

What type of companies/associations has The Garlic Letter received compensation from for its clients in the past?

We have successfully negotiated compensation from companies that have ranged in size from 5 employees to 5,000 employees. We have dealt with everything from large airlines, to major hotels, to banks, to local construction companies and retailers. It doesn’t matter the size of the company…our methods deliver results for the consumer.

How much or what will I get?

This depends entirely on the company we are dealing with and the issue you have had with them. We have had a car company compensate a dissatisfied customer nearly $10,000 in the past for service troubles. We have also had a restaurant chain compensate a customer several hundred dollars in vouchers for free meals. Again, it depends entirely on what you are facing.

Who writes the letters?

We employ a staff of consultants and writers that assist with the process.

How can I pay for your service?

Just go the services portion of our website and describe the issue you are facing. We will get back to you with an estimate and a link to pay through Paypal. Once your payment is received we will begin working on making your voice heard.

How long will it take to receive a draft of the completed letter that you write for me?

The average turnaround time is 2-3 business days. However, this can increase if we need to do an extended amount of research into your matter to discover the best method for getting you what you are entitled to. If your matter is urgent we will do our utmost to deliver your letter in a timely manner.

Do you send the letter?

Yes. You will receive a draft of the letter in .PDF format before it is delivered to its recipient. Once you approve of its contents, we will have the letter delivered via courier.

Do you take all projects?

No. If we do not believe that we can help you, we will let you know.
